1. How can I cancel an order?
A: As we usually deal with the orders in 48 hours (during business days), please contact us immediately if you determine to cancel an order(within 12 hours from the time you place the order). However, we do NOT guarantee that the order can be canceled successfully. If the order has been dispatched by our warehouse, we will take it as a Return order. A: If there’s something wrong with our warehouse or courier, or some other force majeure, we’ll negotiate with you at once. We will either refund the order or delay the dispatch.
2. Are these shoes not real?
A: There are mixed opinions the answer to this question. But, we can assure you that these are not like your typical other sneakers. Not real sneakers are made in an entirely different part of China with different materials and lower quality control. Some people call UA shoes “F” words because they were not contracted by Nike or OFF WHITE to be made. Some people say they are real because they are the same shoes with the same materials made in the same factories and just because Nike didn’t contract them doesn’t make them unauthorized. It is up to YOU to decide.
3. What kind of payment method you accept?
A:Recently, the payment methods we accept are Credit Card(Master Card / Visa) & Western Union, but we’ll improve it ASAP. If your order amount is more than $450, please contact us first as our credit card payment gateway cannot accept orders with amount over $450. Hope you may fully understand. You can split your order into two parts to make each order under $450. Western Union charge us lower fees, so we pass the discount onto you. If you choose to pay with Western Union you can get another 6% discount for your order.
4. I just paid my order. Now what?
A: You will receive a confirmation email from us telling you that we have received your order.(Our system will send the email once an hour, so please kindly wait a while to check your email^^) When your order ships, you will receive an email confirming shipment to the same email address you used when placing your order. This email will contain the tracking# of your order. Note that it may take up to one business day for your information to be posted on the carrier’s website, if you can’t get the shipping information from the carrier website operated in the ways as our advised, you could track it again in the next working day.
5. What should I do when I meet those credit card issues?
A: Please check the following common fail codes and solutions:
1. 2002 / 4000 / RK828 / MM581
Please change another Credit card or contact your credit card bank. It’s better to change a credit card used for cross-border transactions.
Credit card number is not right. Please check if you input wrong credit card number.
3. 3040 / 3043
Insufficient Balance, please check your credit card balance.
Credit card type is not right. Please check if you used a Visa or Master Card.
5. If you received other failed code, please send (via Email) the failed message. Besides, if your credit has a limit on payment amount or payment times in a day, you will also fail to pay. Please check that too.
